Employer solutions

We believe in working closely with employers to help them to provide financial solutions to their employees throughout their career.

Close Wealth currently provides over 800 Financial Education in the Workplace events per year for more than 250 different employers throughout the UK. We welcome over 15,000 individuals to these events each year, most of whom are approaching retirement or considering their retirement options.

Our team

To ensure that we can deliver these volumes whilst retaining high quality standards and consistency, we have a dedicated and experienced Employer Solutions Team, who endeavour to match the content of each event to an employer's requirements and expectations. Our Employer Solutions Team operates throughout the UK working closely with our Event Management Team, who ensure the most appropriate expert speakers are selected and all support materials and logistics are handled professionally.

Special speakers

At Close we use the services of independent course tutors to steward our courses. We work with an extensive group of experienced approved tutors which ensures that we are always able to meet any request for courses, even those made at short notice and in any part of the UK. Additionally we have an in-house team of dedicated financial lecturers together with a group of advisers who are able to deliver first class finance seminars, a fundamental part of any financial education course.

Independence

Of particular importance to employers is that any course delivered by Close is a true education event and is completely unbiased. We use independent course tutors and any financial advice we provide is given only in response to requests from individuals, and is given free of charge. If an individual chooses to invest with us we charge fees and do not normally benefit from any commissions paid as such a commission will be applied for the benefit of the client by reinvestment or enhanced allocation, demonstrating that there is no bias when making investment decisions. In support of our investment approach we are pleased to have been chosen, after an extensive tender process, by National Savings and Investments to provide investment advice to its monthly million pound Premium Bond winners.

The ongoing relationship we enjoy with employers is, we believe, the strongest testament to the excellent service we provide.
