Whether the event provided is to be a 2 hour finance seminar or a 2-day pre-retirement course, it is important that the correct topics are chosen to ensure that the event delivered meets delegates' needs and expectations.
From our experience over many years and from working with many different employers, we find that the employer will understand the culture of their organisation and the specific needs and circumstances of its delegates better than anyone. We are also very familiar with the pre-requisite of giving assurance that quality and consistency should be maintained in courses delivered in different locations across the UK, by different presenters and at different times.
Therefore a fundamental part of our quality assurance process is our course module booklet and our course design questionnaire. Our booklet lists all possible subjects that may be required on a course. It gives guidance of timings and techniques and lists all key topics that must be covered in each session. This booklet is given to all our course presenters and is used as part of their regular quality review.
In conjunction with this booklet, we use our course deign questionnaire with an employer to design the content and emphasis of a course for their employees. We believe this approach results in the best possible training event for employees.
