Executive retirement courses

Many employers wish to deal with the retirement of their most senior executives differently. Therefore, over the last 15 years we have developed specialist pre-retirement courses that cater for the potentially more complex and specialist needs of senior executives. Like our open courses, these events bring together executives from many different employers in both the private and public sectors.

The ethos for these courses is to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment, with full access to expert speakers, a comprehensive range of information and an opportunity to share experiences with peers from a wide cross-section of industry. Our aim is for the executive and their partner to take the time to focus on the important decisions required when considering retirement and to enjoy everything that our carefully chosen venue has to offer.

Our current venue is Lucknam Park Hotel, near Bath. A magnificent listed Palladian mansion dating from 1720, the hotel exudes tranquillity and understated elegance and evokes the atmosphere of a beautiful country home with exceptionally fine dining and fabulous facilities.

We invite executives who are within 12 months of retirement to attend with their spouse/ partner and we have welcomed over 1,500 senior executives to these events over the years including Chief Officers in both the police forces and fire services, senior partners of international firms, CEOs, national directors and branch managers.

The course runs over 3 days and the charge for attending, including accommodation and food, is £750 per person (plus VAT).

Please note you should only book onto one of these courses by agreement with your employer.
