Client Service Team

Our Client Service Team, led by Karen Hughes, operates out of Northwich and Stirling.

Their role is to provide our clients with any help or information that they may need and to work closely with our Investment Advisers for the benefit of our clients.

Our Client Service Team spends a great deal of their time talking to our clients over the phone and many clients will have as close a relationship with someone in our Client Service Team as with their Adviser.

Every member of this team are either Investment Advice or Investment Administration qualified or are working through these qualifications and they are able to deal with many client queries effectively and very quickly.

Karen Hughes

Head of Client Service

Karen joined us in 1998, after 7 years in the financial service industry with Yorkshire Bank.

Karen is now head of our Client Service Team, where she has worked since joining us. This team works alongside our Advisers in delivering service to clients and is at the forefront of speaking to clients and helping them with requests and enquiries every day. As you might imagine for the role she holds, Karen holds many professional qualifications: Investment Advice Certificate, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and CeFA, the Certificate for Financial Advisers. Karen looks forward to the challenge of constantly monitoring all aspects of the service we deliver to our clients, looking for ways to improve so that clients can enjoy a long and mutually beneficial relationship with us.

Karen was born in Chester and she still lives there with her husband, Matt and their young son, Owen. In her spare time, apart from spending time with her son, she is a keen netball player, and she likes the fact that it keeps her motivated whilst she enjoys being part of a competitive team.
