Employer Solutions

Our Employer Solutions Team works with employers across the UK to ensure delivery of our Financial Education in the Workplace services.

Led by Peter Cooley, our Employer Solutions Managers, supported by our Marketing team, our team of lecturers and course tutors, ensure delivery of all of our employee training events.

Peter joined the financial services world when he joined us as an Investment Adviser in the North West in 1994. Before taking up his current role, where he leads our Employer Solutions Team and our team of lecturers, Peter managed our Scotland office in Stirling.

In keeping with his current role, leading our Financial Education in the Workplace services, Peter holds a degree from John Moores University, Liverpool and taught English and Physical Education before joining us.

In his younger days, Peter was a keen sportsman, playing rugby for Waterloo and Cheshire and he still likes to play but now only to a level that his knees allow!
